Shipping Policies

The delivery time for products is approximately 3 business days for the cities of Bogotá and Medellín, 5 business days for major cities, and up to 10 business days for other destinations. These times are subject to change based on promotional events or events external to LolaRelola, such as weather events and events specific to the carrier.

Delivery times begin counting from the moment payment is confirmed.

* For credit and debit card/PSE payments, confirmation may take up to one business day.
* For payments with Baloto, Efecty, and Bank Reference, confirmation may take up to two business days.

You should keep in mind that:

* Deliveries cannot be made at a specific time.
* Delivery may be delayed due to weather, landslides, traffic, and other contractual changes reported by the carrier.

If you have any concerns regarding shipping or if the product shows signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must contact our customer service lines/WhatsApp: +57 (301) 386-6139 (Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or Saturdays from 8am-12pm).

Shipping cost:

This value will be reflected in the purchase process and will be notified to you at the time of order settlement, before you make the payment.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from the Colombia. By placing an order and processing a payment with LolaRelola. you as the customer agree and accept the following terms.

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email, once this confirmation email is sent, the order will be fulfilled and sent off, this can take up to 48 Hours (not including weekends or holidays).

All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the following day. If you place your order after this time on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING is available for USD$ 18, we use FedEx to post and delivery is usually 4-5 Business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Colombia) is available for COP$12,000, we use Cordinadora Mercantil to post these orders and delivery is usually 3-4 Business days.

International Customs

The customer is responsible to pay any taxes, customs fees or any other additional fees. LolaRelola's retail prices do not include any of these fees.

If you are unsure about any additional fees that will have to be applicable to your order, contact your local customs office. LOLARELOLA is in no way responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be requested on shipping your order and do not offer refunds for these costs.

Additional Information

Delivery dates can change depending on the time of year, holidays, weekends and weather conditions. Stolen or packages delayed in transit are in no way the responsibility of LOLARELOLA. It must be noted that the customer gives the correct shipping/delivery address when placing the order, if the address is not correct, the customer will not be reimbursed.
